Square Mile teams up with IFA network Sense

Square Mile has been chosen by national IFA network Sense to provide an additional range of portfolios for its members.

The six sample portfolios will use eValue's tools to establish risk parameters, helping Sense to meet governance requirements and put investors at the heart of decision making - a core facet of Sense's network. These services will be built into Sense's back-office system, run by Intelligent Office, from 29 April.

Richard Romer-Lee, Managing Director at Square Mile, said: "Sense is a quality, forward-thinking, 'new-style' network, and we think this partnership will add great value to an increasing number of IFAs. It's exciting to be working with a company whose technology helps advisers streamline and simplify their workload in a fast-changing sector."

John Netting, Compliance Director at Sense, added: "As committed supporters of independence, we are always looking to give our members the widest possible choice of solutions for their clients. We are therefore delighted to make Square Mile's expertise available to complement the existing range of choices that our members have."

This appointment follows the announcement last month that Square Mile had joined forces with Edinburgh-based IFA Sutherland Independent, to manage a bespoke range of discretionary model portfolios.
