Peter Lawery to Retire from Jupiter Merlin Team at the end of December 2014.

The experience of John Chatfeild-Roberts and Algy Smith-Maxwell and the fact that David Lewis and Amanda Sillars joined the team in May 2011 to provide more resource, we believe that the team has sufficient resources and remains committed to delivering the Merlin funds objectives.
