Following the news that the co-manager of the Newton Global Income fund, Ian Clark, is leaving Newton in August of this year we have decided not to take any action regarding our A rating of the fund at this time. In essence, Nick Clay remains the lead on the fund and we do not believe at this stage that this departure critically undermines the investment strategy. However, we are continuing to monitor the situation, including discussing with Newton their hiring and replacement plans.
