Team Assistant – Distribution and Marketing

We are recruiting for a Team Assistant to join a dynamic business based in the City of London - and we're looking for an equally dynamic person to join our journey.

The role

This role will support the Distribution and Marketing teams in the provision of service to existing clients and the development of new business opportunities. To ensure the team’s diaries are managed to enable them to fulfil their roles in delivering on specified key initiatives, working to a schedule of activity and following the appropriate processes.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • PA duties in supporting the Distribution and Marketing teams, including travel/accommodation booking, preparing for meetings, diary management, expenses and other general administration duties as required.
  • Managing the Investment Committee process including organisation of meetings, circulation of pre-meeting information and any follow up communications as required.
  • Producing the agendas, supporting material and subsequent minutes for the Sales and the Client Meeting as well as pitch meetings upon request.
  • Provide support to the Head of Marketing and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
  • Producing MI reports where needed.

About you

  • Have some administration experience
  • Have a basic knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Be dynamic, proactive and organised with a good attention to detail
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong time-management skills and an ability to organise and co-ordinate multiple priorities
  • Be proficient with office productivity tools and have an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Be a flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes
