Our approach

The company’s strategy is driven by our Executive Management Team, supported by a dedicated CSR committee to ensure that we have engagement and buy in from across the business, enabling us to enact the changes we wish to see.

We seek to act as an active participant in our local community and form long-term partnerships with charities chosen by our employees.


We aim to minimise our impact on the environment to ensure the sustainability of the ecosystem of which we are part of.

We will continue to build on the progress made in 2021-22, with the support of the Executive Management Team, CSR committee and wider business, by taking the following actions:


Continue to focus on diversity and inclusion across the business.

Identify opportunities to support both the mental and physical health of our employees.

Charity and community

Set clear targets and plans to accomplish these for fundraising for our existing charity partners Charity: Water and Starlight over 2023.

Work with the business to identify opportunities to support our local community.


Identify current carbon impact/footprint and set ambitions for the future, both within the business and external suppliers.


Continue to work with regulators and industry bodies to support the wider industry, as well as educate on key themes and issues, such as SDR.


Commit to regularly reporting on progress to ensure that we are held to account.

Measure the effectiveness of CSR initiatives to date.
