Navigating Responsible Investment

10 Dec, 2021 | Return|

There is no doubt that is has been an extraordinary year for Responsible Investment. With increased awareness and demand from investors, and ongoing market developments in this space, there is greater pressure on advice firms to adopt Responsible Investment considerations into their processes.

To support the advice community in this transition, Square Mile partnered with Royal London to create a range of educational material aimed at cutting through the jargon, and accelerating the adoption of a common set of terms.

In this short interview, Square Mile’s Anna Mercer speaks with Ryan Medlock, Senior Investment Development Manager at Royal London, and Steve Kenny, Chief Distribution Officer at Square Mile, discussing the direction of travel for UK regulation in relation to Responsible Investment, and what the practical application of this looks like for adviser businesses.
