Reinstatement of AA-rating for Artemis Income Fund and Artemis High Income Fund back to A-rating; suspension of the AA rating on Kames High Yield Bond fund lifted

Square Mile Investment Consulting & Research confirms it is to reinstate ratings for the Artemis Income and Artemis High Income funds which receive AA and A ratings respectively. At the same time, the Kames High Yield Bond fund has had the suspension of its AA rating removed.

Funds within the Square Mile Academy of Funds carry a rating - A, AA, AAA, Recommended or P+ - as reflection of the level of conviction Square Mile's team of analysts has in a fund's ability to deliver on expectations. Square Mile Quiz Night Raises £16,287 for charity

Square Mile Investment Consulting and Research hosted its annual charity quiz night last night raising £16,287.57 for four charities. Staged at The Gable on Moorgate, a cross spectrum of asset management groups and financial services businesses fronted 31 tables, each paying £325. This raised £10,551 which will go directly to Breast Cancer Now.

Fund Rating Removals

After much deliberation we have taken the decision to remove the A ratings of the Liontrust Macro UK Growth and Liontrust UK Equity Income funds. The decision was primarily based on the retirement of the architect of the investment process and philosophy, Jan Luthman.
