RATING DOWNGRADE

Baring EM Debt Blended Total Return Rating Downgrade

We have decided to downgrade the rating on the fund from AA to A.

While we maintain our positive view on this strategy to deliver above-average returns across emerging debt markets, the medium term performance has not been in line with expectations and therefore the A rating is more reflective of our current view.
