Legal & General Global Real Estate Dividend Index New Rating

We are pleased to announce that we have awarded the Legal & General Global Real Estate Dividend Index a Recommended rating. The fund complements the 15 passive equity funds that Square Mile currently rate from Legal & General.

The fund looks to track the performance of the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Dividend Plus Index. This index compromises of over 300 REIT’s and Real Estate Holding & Development companies all of which have one-year forecasted dividend yields greater than 2%. Typically 65%-75% of the index will be comprised of companies domiciled in the US.

Square Mile have awarded the Recommended rating because we have a high regard for the passive team at Legal & General, we believe the fund is competitively priced, and believe the fund will track its benchmark to within a reasonable range as it has done historically.
