NEW RATING

TwentyFour Income Fund and TwentyFour Asset Backed Opportunities Fund New Ratings

Posted @ 07/05/2025 10:59 Posted in Ratings Roundup

We are pleased to unveil two new rated strategies into the Academy: TwentyFour Income Fund (AA rating) and TwentyFour Asset Backed Opportunities Fund (single A rating).

These strategies leverage on the expertise of TwentyFour AM managing ABS strategies, providing higher yielding options to higher quality ABS strategies such as TwentyFour Monument Bond fund (AA rated). These higher octane versions offer potential higher returns over the long term, albeit with higher expected volatility and drawdowns.

TwentyFour Income Fund is a high yield investment trust dedicated to the European ABS market. It provides exposure to non-rated bonds and private assets that are illiquid and which wouldn’t be eligible in a daily dealing open ended fund.

TwentyFour Asset Backed Opportunities Fund, also dedicated to the European ABS market, is an open ended fund which provides certain exposure to high yield bonds, but avoids private assets and non-rated bonds. It aims for an average credit rating of investment grade as a whole. We have assigned a single A rating, given its relatively short track record and smaller asset base with growing but still incipient client base.
