Square Mile is delighted to confirm its membership of the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF). UKSIF is an industry body that brings together the sustainable finance and investment community to promote sustainability within the UK’s financial services industry with the aim of transforming the UK into a world-leading sustainable hub.

As a member, Square Mile will be able to participate in a wide range of discussions relating to sustainability, from policy positioning and responses to industry consultation, to offering a voice on political developments. It will also provide a platform for Square Mile to share its insight and expertise in this area with key audiences and strengthen the firm’s position as a market leader in ESG and Responsible investment research. In addition, Square Mile will be able to join UKSIF's events and conferences alongside its peers and other leaders in finance, government, sustainability and civic society.

Through UKSIF's membership of Eurosif and the Global Sustainable Investment Alliance, Square Mile will enjoy access to discussions on the development of sustainable finance regulations across the EU. The company will also benefit from UKSIF's collaboration with similar industry bodies globally.

This membership follows industry recognition of Square Mile’s commitment to ESG and Responsible investment, having been named ESG Advocate of the Year in the inaugural Portfolio Adviser Wealth Partnership Awards in November 2020. Square Mile has also been shortlisted in the category ‘Best Sustainable & ESG Research & Ratings Provider’ in Investment Week’s upcoming Sustainable and ESG Investment Awards.
