Fidelity Multi-Asset Income - Rating Removed

Following the news in September 2023 that Eugene Philalithis would be retiring from day-to-day management duties of the Fidelity Multi-Asset Income fund at the end of March 2024, we took the decision to suspend the fund’s A rating. We have since met with the fund’s new lead manager, Talib Sheikh, and believe that under his leadership the investment approach is likely to evolve over time into one which is more flexible and dynamic, in order to meet what the manager expects to be a fluid macroeconomic environment over the coming years. Our preference is to see how the combination of the changes to the team and approach evolve over time, and so consequently we have removed the fund from the Academy.
