HSBC US Multi Factor Fund New Rating

We are pleased to announce that the HSBC US Multi Factor fund has been added to the Square Mile Academy of Funds with an A rating.

Square Mile has a high regard for the Quant Equity Research team at HSBC who have proven their ability to consistently provide alpha to investors across a range of strategies since July 2006. The fund provides investors with a core exposure to US Equities while focusing on 5 chosen factors, Value, Quality, Momentum, Low Risk and Size, targeting an ex-ante tracking error of 2.5% p.a. from the S&P 500. This is one of the cheapest active funds in the North American sector and therefore suitable for investors who are managing a portfolio with a cost constraint.

We believe that this fund will complement the existing active US Equity funds already within Square Mile’s academy of funds.
