PIMCO GIS Dynamic Multi-Asset Fund – Rating Removed
Following the news that Geraldine Sundstrom, lead manager on the PIMCO GIS Dynamic Multi-Asset fund, will be leaving PIMCO at the end of May 2024 to pursue another opportunity in her home country of Switzerland, we have decided to remove its A rating. The fund will continue to be managed by the Asset Allocation Portfolio Management Team at PIMCO, including co-managers Erin Browne and Emmanuel Sharef who have worked closely together for a number of years, supported by the broader cross asset resources of the firm. Whilst we acknowledge PIMCO’s strong resources and team approach, our rating was essentially predicated on Ms Sundstrom’s experience of managing dynamic multi-asset strategies.
